As one of Britain's leading tennis players Ian was delighted to be asked to attend and is looking forward to previewing the film and meeting it's stars! After a swift recovery from the premiere party Ian will be attending a party the evening after celebrating the success of this year's Sport Relief which Ian was honoured to be a part of. The party is to be held at 'Heaven' in London as a thank you to sports stars such as Ian who played a crucial role in this year's fundraising. |

| On Friday the 24th of September Ian will be a VIP guest at Hennessy Sports' request, at Carl Froche's fight against Damon Hague. Ian was pleased to be asked to attend the boxing match as a special guest and will be seen at the fight on Friday evening at Nottingham's Ice Arena. |

Following his appearance earlier this month opening Welbeck Tennis Club in Nottinghamshire, Ian will also be at Little Aston Tennis Club in Sutton Coldfield in September.
Ian has been invited to the big day for the club when he will take part in two or three exhibition sets as well as presenting the prizes for the day and signing autographs and passing out tips to youngsters and budding professionals! |

| Ian Flanagan continued his startling run of form at this year’s Stelle Artois tennis tournament at the Queen’s Club, London, by beating the world number 78, Victor Hanescu to progress into the third round.
Flanagan who provided the tournament’s biggest upset by beating Mark Philippoussis in the first round, finished off Hanescu 7-6 6-3 to earn a standing ovation from the capacity crowd.
The 22 year old was then scheduled to rush across London to take part in the Lawn Tennis Association play off tournament to try and win a wild card entry into Wimbledon, however Flanagan will now concentrate on his third round match against last years finalist Sebastien Grosjean. |

| The world number 866, Ian Flanagan, provided British tennis fans something to cheer about, not to mention a huge first round upset, by beating Australia’s Mark Philippoussis at the Stella Artois Championship at Queen’s today.
The Nottingham based 22 year old beat last year’s Wimbledon finalist 7-6 (7-2) 7-6 (7-3) to the delight of the home crowd.
Flanagan, who qualified for this tournament is now hopeful of gaining a wildcard for this years Wimbledon Championships. |
